Accommodation Recommendations


Accommodation options have been reserved at three hotels for your convenience at a discounted rate. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible to guarantee a room, as availability may decrease closer to the event. No accommodation can be booked or invoiced through BOINZ.

 
copthorne Hotel

The hotel is 21 mins walk from the TSB Arena. 
  • Use Delegate rate code 'BOINZ24' at the time of booking to receive a discount. Bookings must be done online

  • Click ‘advanced options’ or ‘codes and options’ and input the code under ‘Use a Group Code’. The rates will be viewable once the ‘book now’ button is clicked.

Intercontinental Hotel

The hotel is 4 mins walk from the TSB Arena. 
  • Discounted rates are only applicable during the conference dates
  • All bookings must be made via the web-link (here). The web-link will expire 60 days prior to arrival
  • A contact number/email and credit card must be provided
  • Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to the nights cancelled.


Double Tree Hotel

The hotel is 5 mins walk from the TSB Arena.

  • 24 hours prior to arrival- Any room cancelled or amended (nights decreased) on or after this day will incur the full cost of the booking and/or nights released.
