Manager – Building Control

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, processing and/or inspecting building consent applications
  • Providing clear and practical technical advice to a range of stakeholders

This opportunity is well suited to a Building Official with a Regulation 18 qualification and current competency, supported by at least two years’ experience in the New Zealand building or construction sector. A full New Zealand driver’s licence is required, and experience within a BCA environment will be an advantage.
