We are looking for a Processing Building Control Officer to join our team. Our Building Services team is responsible for ensuring the safety and amenity of people living and working in buildings.

The position is responsible for providing professional assessment of building designs and related documentation that have been submitted for building consent to a wide range of clients for residential, commercial and industrial building projects. You will also be the key contact in guiding customers towards compliance on your consent projects and jump into doing building inspections if you wish too.

We are interested in receiving applications from people who have an architectural design qualification, project management experience in building and construction or maybe even a quantity surveying background.  Industry experience is preferred and we welcome enquiry from existing qualified processors from all experience levels.
