National Processing Limited is a privately owned IANZ Accredited Organisation (AOB) and we are the first processing organisation to be recognised as operating at the very highest level and are seen as a “high performing, low risk” organisation, following our last IANZ Audit, for which we are very proud off.

We operate across New Zealand from multiple office locations, and we are seeking additional skilled building control specialists, from RES1 to COM1 competency level, who have a Regulation 18 qualification and are open to learning and growing a career supported by knowledgeable and experienced colleagues within a private organisation.

We partner with client BCAs, processing consent applications at all levels from RES1 to COM3 unrestricted, using multiple processing platforms to support the processing function of the Council.

We are focused on team players who want new experiences and challenges within a supportive and professional structure.

The successful applicant will likely be from a BCA processing background, with a good understanding of the Building Act, the Building Code and associated Regulations and are willing to extend their skill set and knowledge.

A high level of written and verbal communication skills is required, as well as a sense of humour, as you will be dealing with internal staff, external clients, and applicants.

Multiple positions are available and are expected to be based at one of our current offices in Hastings, Thames or at our head office in Waikanae.
