We are looking for a Senior Property Officer to join and provide support our busy Property team.
This permanent role will assist in ensuring Council property is maintained efficiently and effectively. Key Duties will include administering Tenancy agreements including undertaking inspections and organising maintenance etc, hall management, administer leases and licences and provide property advice to the Property & Amenities Planning Team and management particularly on the days that the Team Leader does not work.
Most important is your attitude and what you can bring to the team. If you are committed to providing a positive customer experience, have experience in administering Tenancies, Leases and Licences or similar relevant experience, have excellent people and communications skills, possess a high level of digital confidence and skill, high attention to detail and have the ability to read and interpret legislation, this could be the job for you.
