BOINZ launches Women's Forum

The BOINZ Women’s Forum is a dedicated space to connect, support, and inspire women across the building surveying and regulatory environment

The gestation of this initiative is very much the hard work of Olivia McGregor - recipient of the 2025 Emerging Leader Award at BOINZ Symposium. Olivia, of her own initiative, created an online networking group for women in the building surveying space in 2022. Starting with about 10 associates, the format has grown considerably covering a wider building regulatory network.

Women's Forum meetings will generally be held over the lunch period (12-12.30pm) and will be included in the membership fee for all BOINZ female members. We are also pleased to offer female non-members complimentary access to Women's Forum meetings for the remainder of 2025.

Meetings will be recorded for the BOINZ video library (which can be accessed by members ONLY through MY BOINZ), and the plan is to continue with the fabulous guest speaker line-up and forum format with four meetings a year.
