This job in our building control team based in Balclutha has responsibility for all building consents and territorial authority functions. It also involves maintaining good relationships with the building sector and with internal council departments. As a senior member of the team, you'll contribute to business improvement and provide mentoring and support to other team members.

If you have experience with building control, the ability to maintain excellence in a changing environment and a positive practical attitude in dealing with customers and sound judgement, we'd love to hear from you.
