About the Role:

We are looking for a Building Management Officer who will work collaboratively with the community to conduct building inspections and ensure compliance with relevant codes & legislation.  No one day is the same in this diverse role which involves:

• reviewing and processing building consents;
• carrying out all inspections during the construction phase to ensure compliance with consented plans;
• conducting all inspections in line with the approved BCA quality management system.

About You:
