Are you a Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Building Inspector with 3+ years of Residential building experience?

PBC is privately owned Accredited Organisation with a team of 35+ people. We are looking for building inspectors for our growing Auckland Office.

We are looking for experienced technically qualified Building Inspectors to inspect residential building work in Auckland.

If you have the experience but don't have the qualifications we will support you though that also.

You will need the following attributes:

• The ability to communicate to our customers in clear spoken and written English
• Ability to go the extra mile for our customers
• Advanced current working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and Building Act
• NZ tertiary qualification in construction related fields would be very advantageous
• Current experience supervising residential / commercial building projects for compliance with relevant building code requirements in New Zealand
• Good computer knowledge is required as we have a tablet-based inspection system
