To set you up for success, you'll have:

  • Proven experience in Building Control Processing.
  • Adaptability to a constantly changing work environment.
  • Sound judgement that demonstrates fair and just outcomes.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • A qualification recognised under the Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006.
  • An established competency assessed under the National Competency Assessment System.
  • A thorough knowledge of the NZ Building Code and Building Act 2004.
