We are looking for a current, technically qualified Senior Building Inspector to oversee the compliance team and assist the compliance Director. You will be based out of the Auckland Office in East Tamaki.

You will need the following attributes:

• Advanced Residential Building knowledge
• Experience dealing with Residential Building related issues, NZ Building Code and Building Act
• Dispute resolution
• People and time management
• Can handle pressure
• Can see the big picture
• Passion for the industry
• Loves good practice and understands the accreditation of Building Consent Authority process
• Qualifications meet Regulation 18 of the Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006
