An exciting growth period in our district is driving activity for the Building Control department, which has led to an opportunity for an experienced Building Control Officer to join the team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

-       A positive attitude

-       Excellent knowledge of NZ building industry legislation, building code and associated regulations

-       Skill in setting, prioritising and meeting timeframes

-       Interpersonal skills backed up by strong written and verbal communication
