We are looking for experienced professionals to join our growing team. You will be working closely with other experienced professionals in a collaborative learning environment.

You will have significant experience in Building related regulatory services (processing consent applications or conducting onsite inspections)

Have the ability to make great technical decisions whilst providing excellent customer service.

You will need good computer literacy as we are a paperless.

We have a very strong partnership with Auckland Council, plus an incredible relationship with our customers, developers and designers who we have worked with for many years.

Our team is made up of 40+ professionals with many who have worked at PBC for more than 10 years, some more than 20.

You will be provided with a great salary package, be part of our quarterly performance bonus scheme, have flexible working options, plenty of training and enjoy a modern office in Highbrook to work from.

Qualifications

All applicants must have a Reg 18 Qualification. (Diploma or Degree in Construction related field)

Salary package:

$95,000 - $110,000 (based on skills and experience)
