ComplyNZ is a professional services firm catering to Building Consent Authorities for processing of building consents and associated inspections.
We are looking for at least one Building Inspector who has a demonstrated past experience working for Building Consenting Authorities anywhere in NZ and who has the ability to work on the ground with our clients. This involves weekly travel to and from our client BCAs in the South Island working under the BCA’s leadership.
This role would suit applicants with a background working for local councils in the Inspecting role who are seeking a new opportunity. You will need to have a current inspection competency assessment by an approved assessor to at least Residential 3, and be Regulation 18 qualified.
ComplyNZ is IANZ accredited as an Accredited Organisation to BCA Regulations, with a technical team with over 250 years of combined experience in building control.
