Role: Building Consent Processor

This is a full-time role for a Building Surveyor, processing Building Consents.

We are looking for someone who already has experience in this role and therefore is Reg 18 compliant. You should ideally be experienced processing Res 2 and 3 Building Consents.

The majority of our work is complex residential, R3 and Com1, so PBC is a great place to grow your knowledge and skill as a processor.

Our team are predominantly based in our flash Highbrook office, with the flexibility of working from home a couple of days a week.

We also have team members who live outside of Auckland and work from their own home offices around the country.

Qualifications:

  • NZ Diploma or Degree in Construction related field, Diploma in Building Surveying (Reg18)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience processing Building Consents to the NZ Building Code and Act
