ComplyNZ is a professional services firm catering to Building Consent Authorities for processing of Building Consents and associated inspections.
We are looking for two Building Consent Officers who have demonstrated experience working for Building Consenting Authorities anywhere in NZ. We are looking for people who are willing to commit at least 30 hours per week, in most cases, we are able to improve the financial compensation of those who join the team.
This role involves process building consent applications on behalf of various local councils throughout NZ. The work is varied with consents processed from the deep south to the far north, Residential 1 to Commercial 2, and processed in Alpha, Go-Get, and other systems as per our clients’ needs.
The processing work can be done from any high-speed internet connected location in NZ. This role would suit applicants with past/present background working for council-based BCAs in the building consenting role who are seeking a more flexible, home-based schedule. You will need to have a current competency assessment by an approved assessor ranging from Residential 1 to at least Residential 3 – and preferably along with Commercial 1/2.
