Rotorua is going through an exciting period of growth and it's crucial that we support this growth by finding an experienced and driven Team Leader to lead our Building Consent Processing team early 2021. 

As a high performing Building Consent Authority we are seeking a Team Leader who possesses the leadership skills and passion to mentor and support our team. You lead by example, building their capability and supporting them to realise their full-potential to make sound and robust decisions. You will process your share of building consents and provide technical leadership for processing activities and be innovative and driven to pursue opportunities that generate efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Team Leader or alternatively, experience working at a senior level seeking that next step in your career. You will be an exceptional communicator, well-organised and decisive. We have a great team that operates in a busy and demanding environment so we welcome someone with a good sense of humour and positive attitude.
