National Processing Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled Building Consent Processing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on processing building consent applications for client BCAs and Agents across New Zealand, working within contracted timeframes using platforms such as GoGet, Objective Build, or traditional paper-based systems.
The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of the NZ Building Act, Building Code, and associated regulations, holds a competency level from RES1 to COM3, and has a qualification recognised under Regulation 18 of the Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulation 2006. Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, accuracy, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
