The main role will be processing building consent applications for our client BCA’s and/or Agent across New Zealand.  You will be processing within our contracted timeframes and will be operating the client BCA and/or Agent processing platform which could be GoGet, Objective Build or paper based.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a sound knowledge of the NZ Building Act, Building Code and associated Regulations, and,
  • a current competency level from RES1 to COM3, 
  • an appropriate qualification that will be recognised by Regulation 18 of the Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulation 2006,
  • a high level of written and verbal communication skills, 
  • attention to detail,
  • accuracy, and,
  • be a team player.
