Code Fit Fire Series - enrolment in this 2026 online series is now openThe Code Fit Fire series aims to increase knowledge and practice with Protection from Fire, focusing on C/AS2 and stepping learners through this Acceptable Solution and associated topics. The series also aims to increase confidence and ability to ask good questions. The series is led by Saskia Holditch of MBIE with input from other specialists.

This two subject one day course defines the specific technical requirements of the NZBC Clause D1 Access Routes and NZBC Clauses F1 - 4 Safety of Users. The course sets out the performance requirements and how to meet these to provide safe and accessible access routes and most importantly safeguard people from injury or illness.
