Using our network and ability to align ourselves with the private sector and local government employers, HR Division is able to capture flexible opportunities that assist the industry as a whole.

There are also pathways available for HR Division to secure overseas candidates for placement into the New Zealand market by leveraging off our sister organisations in other countries.

Full Time and Temporary Positions 

HR Division recruits for full-time permanent positions and short-term contract positions on behalf of local councils and the private building sector. We also have the ability to negotiate secondment between local government authorities.
