- They are specialists in the area of weathertightness, legislation and code requirements, as well as earthquake repairs and rebuilds.
- For 7 years they have acted as an expert witness for building legislation and regulatory performance and good trade practice.
- For 6 years they have provided technical input for earthquake repairs and rebuilds
- Contract engagement is ideally sort for providing technical audits that will highlight any specific training needs that some staff could benefit from and would reduce potential claims against councils or other companies that provide a service of technical review
- Contracts can be time based with regular invoicing at relevant steps of engaged inputs
- Alternative option will be considered if engaged as a remote consultant and not a regular commuting position
- Relevant expert witness inputs can also be engaged for to represent any parties, with expertise being for building legislation and code plus performance by relevant parties.
