Do I need to book my own accommodation?
New for 2019 we have a Bundle package available for registration which includes 2 nights accommodation plus your full registration.
The Institute also organises special accommodation rates at appropriate nearby hotels, and a BOINZ Event Code and contact number will be given. These accommodation bookings are the responsibility of the registered delegates.

I'm not able to attend both days of the Forum - are there single day registrations available?
Yes - you can register for any day you want to attend, at the indicated single registration cost. There are member and non-member rates.

Can I purchase extra tickets to the SBCO Forum social function?
Partner Tickets can be purchased at an additional cost. Please email events@boinz.org.nz if you would like to purchase a partner ticket.

I have registered for a full registration, but I can't attend the social function - can I get a discount on my registration?
No, full registrations are fully inclusive of social functions and therefore the cost of a full registration cannot be amended.

Will the speaker presentations be available after the Forum?
Yes - all delegates will be sent a link to a dropbox link containing all the speaker presentations. If your company/organisation has access issues to dropbox, we recommend you supply a personal email address for the link to be sent so that you can access the presentations from your home computer.

Where do I register when I arrive?
The registration desk is located in the front foyer. All delegates will receive a lanyard with a name badge of which they should wear throughout the duration of the Forum.
