- Purpose of compliance schedules in detail
- Roles and responsibilities -owners, IQPs, BCA and TA.
- Relationship between the Act, Regulations and MBIE Guidance.
- Specified systems regulations
- Identification of performance standards (processing)
- The linkage between the building consent and the identification of specified systems and performance standards
- Content of Form 5
- Identification of specified systems on site (Inspections)
- Relationship between the compliance schedule and the CCC
- Certification and documentation for specified systems toallow compliance schedule issue and CCC
- Building warrant of fitness process
