NZBC compliant Ecoglo photoluminescent lighting products. All Ecoglo Exit signs meet the requirements of NZBC F8 “Signs” and the Escape Route products meet the requirements of F6 “Visibility in Escape Routes" (as opposed to emergency lighting - the electrical standard) Absorbing only the existing light in a building in most cases, Ecoglo photoluminescent (PL) signs and path markers are fully charged within minutes of the space being occupied and operate instantty when the power fails - every time. This is the ultimate in reliability and there is no risk of electrical systems not performing when required e.g. run-down sign batteries or back-up generators not starting up as designed. Failsafe, sustainable, durable and cost effective, Ecoglo building code compliant solutions give peace of mind, knowing that the ability of occupants to safely exit the building in an emergency has not been compromised. |

The New Zealand building industry continues to come to grips with the need to understand and comply with our building code. TRACKLOK® Ltd provides pre-engineered, off the shelf products to ensure compliance. From part height partition walls through to full height walls, ceiling grids and services – TRACKLOK® Ltd has the bracing solution. We have had the opportunity to work with local councils, MBIE and industry leaders and believe that BOINZ members are the key to a nationwide understanding of the issues and the potential for elegant and cost effective solutions. TRACKLOK® products allow full compliance under B1 Structure, AS/NZS1170.5, AS/NZS2785 and AS/NZS4219. Our products ensure associated trades are able to issue producer statements, which have been largely ignored in this space until now. TRACKLOK® also provide proprietary solution, meaning that the process of employing structural engineers on every project to create a specific design is negated, streamlining the building process without compromising outcomes – in fact in our experience TRACKLOK® solutions provide much better outcomes due to the unique testing carried out by our team. Our data sets derived from our quasi-static testing are world first. We believe the opportunity to share this knowledge with BOINZ members will be immediately beneficial for them and their teams. |
