Why do cracks keep appearing in high rise buildings in Australia?

Just 6 months after the Opal Tower evacuations, another high rise apartment building in Sydney has seen an evacuations of it's residents after cracks were found in the building.

After last weeks evacuation at Mascot Towers, Opal Tower body corporation chair Shady Eskander worries "it wont be the last" and it's only a matter of time before someone is hurt.
