Russell Jordan leads a national technical services team at Ardex.

Russell works closely with the Research & Design and technical services teams in New Zealand and Australia. His responsibilities include oversees all product development and compliancing for the New Zealand business.

Since joining Ardex in 2018, Russell has proved to be a significant asset for Ardex. His combined 25+-years' experience in the NZ construction industry has allowed him to gain an in depth knowledge of Ardex systems and the industry overall.

Session one: Under tile liquid membranes - will cover installation of undertile liquid membranes and will highlight common issues and failure points

Session two: Tanking systems - will cover tanking system options and will address the benefits and limitations of each system.

Regulatory Address: How to provide information without being sued

Ratepayers and the courts expect that local and regional councils can be relied upon to maintain accurate records and provide information upon request. Requests by the public for information can come from a variety of sources including over-the-counter advice, LIMs, websites, district plans, and entries on the titles of properties.

Whenever information is provided, there is risk. The regulatory address will look at how to navigate that risky space - how to provide information that is useful, robust, and accurate, while protecting yourself and your employers from legal claims.

The address will be followed at 5pm by a networking function.
