Guest Presentation
Nelson City Council will present on the regulatory approach to consenting and inspecting modular buildings for Fitzgerald Construction, including the temporary modules used for the Nelson Hospital project.
The presentation will cover key consenting considerations for relevant Building Code clauses, including fire safety and exterior moisture, along with the inspection approach undertaken on site, from physical inspections through to quality assurance reviews.
