Cement panel falls from apartment building in Auckland CBD

A large panel has fallen from the thirteenth storey of a central Auckland apartment building.

Victopia Apartments, on the corner of Nelson St, was undergoing remediation work for defective exterior panels.

Ian Harris, a representative of the body corporate, told Stuff a one metre square fibre-cement panel fell off about 10am on Thursday.
