General Business: Paul Simmonds raised a topic on behalf of Darron Rapson, regarding what was each Councils policy was on house removals. It was confirmed that each Council did have a policy requiring a building consent for the removal of a building. B Nikoliason suggested it would be a good topic to raise at the next Industry forum held at HDC. Once a formal policy was formulated would be forwarded to Wairoa, Napier, and Central Hawkes Bay Councils.
