Entry to BCA – Part Two
Entry to BCA Part Two is a mix of classwork and on the job training designed to quickly up skill new recruits to the Building Surveying environment with technical and practical knowledge.
The 12-week course consists of 4- 5 days of technical learning per fortnight, accompanied by a week of practical training to embed the knowledge. It has been specifically designed for those who do not require or may not immediately be completing the Diploma to Building Surveying, such as those with existing Regulation 18 qualifications or those that will embark on the Certificate or Diploma courses within a year.

- Structure ( 3604 Timber Framed Buildings & Light Steel framing)
- D1 & F1
- H1 - High Energy
- B2 - Durability
- E2 - Weathertightness
- Beginner Fire Documents
- Services and Facilities
14 Courses - 22 days of technical learning - 88 CPD points - Outcome R1 Competency ( R2-R3 overview)
Over $13000.00 ( at a membership price) of technical learning delivered over a 12 week period.
