Welcome: Secretary Liz Ashwin welcomes everyone. Liz mentions doing a survey for the branch to help her get an understanding of how best to plan for meetings.

Membership Manager from BOINZ national Office, Dana Mackay confirms there have been no nominations for Canterbury/Westland branch executive.
Liz encourages any expressions of interest. Liz wanted to have a person from each council to be a contact for branch meetings.
Liz Ashwin remains the Secretary and the Chairperson position remains vacant.
Liz suggests a ‘rolling chair’ for the interim, until there is an appointed Chairperson.
