Welcome:
Board Member Jeff Fahrensohn starts the meeting by welcoming guest attendees from Southern and Nelson/Marlborough Branches. Jeff welcomes Dhyanom Gala as the new chairperson for Nelson/Marlborough.
Jeff notes it is a great opportunity to have interbranch meetings such as this.
Jeff thanks Jennifer Clarke for her service in the Chairperson role for Canterbury/Westland. Jeff reminds attendees that the Chairperson position for Canterbury/Westland is still vacant.
Minutes and Matters Arising
No matters were raised regarding the previous AGM minutes.
Correspondence in/out
Jeff thanks the participants of the Canterbury/Westland branch who responded to the survey sent by Liz Ashwin, secretary of the canterbury/Westland branch.
BOINZ Board of Directors nominations is open.
Membership cards were sent out in February, please contact the BOINZ membership manager if you have not received your card.
Early bird pricing is still available to those who would like to attend the BOINZ conference in 2022.
