Minutes of East Coast Branch Networking and Training Event 2022

Welcome: Paul Simmonds noted that he was standing in for the new chairperson, Melanie Scrivens who was unwell and welcomed all members and introduced guest speakers.

Minutes and Matters Arising: Minutes from the previous meeting had not been able to be located as the meeting was held almost two years ago (pre-COVID) and there have been changes to the executive committee since that time.

- CPD audit starts on the 1st of July. Please email the Membership Manager, Dana to discuss your CPD points.
- The BOINZ conference is in August and registrations are coming in fast, to ensure you have secured your accommodation, book now.
General Business: Karen Walker introduced Karel Boakes via online teams to discuss BOINZ board activity in her capacity an East Coast representative on the board.
Board Representative Update: Vice President Karel Boakes BOINZ is working on a submission for proposed changes to hollow core floors and Codemark.
