General Business:
Michael Skelton gave a summary of the BOINZ Conference and then made a presentation for the BOINZ Secretary of the year to Paul Simmonds. Michael also commented that the Senior Building Officials forum was in August and urge members to register for it.
Paul Hobbs of MBIE now has two hats - LBP Register and Performance TA Reviews

The meeting was closed by Michael Skelton at 3.55pm, which was then followed by a guest presentation from Willie Jensen of Ardex NZ
Guest Presentation:
Michael Skelton Branch Chairman welcomed Willie Jensen of Ardex NZ who then presented a training Powerpoint presentation on a project in New Plymouth reroofing a large commercial building with ARDEX WPM 615 TPO roof membrane. The Power Point is available on request. Michael Skelton the Branch Chair thanked Willie Jensen for the most informative presentation which was well received by the members and thanked our guests for attending and providing the refreshments.
Next Branch Meeting: scheduled for August 13th at 3.30pm, at the Havelock North Club, 4 Cambell Street, Havelock North
