Welcome: John welcomed all members and guests to the final training meeting for 2016.

Guest Presentation:
‘Update on Relevant Changes’ by Craig White, Technical Support Manager for Carter Holt Harvey
Craig White from Carter Holt Harvey provided a power point presentation detailing installation updates of cladding materials manufactured by Carter Holt Harvey, including the Eco-Ply Barriers, Shadow Clad, Utility Clad systems and their intended uses.
Following Craig's informative presentation, the meeting then adjourned for the Branch AGM.

The Chair opened the AGM, welcoming everyone and advised the confirmed attendees and apologies as per the Branch Meeting.
Previous AGM Minutes & Matters Arising:
Minutes from the 2015 AGM were circulated via BOINZ website.
These were accepted as a true and correct record with no matters arising.

The final Branch Training and Networking Event for 2016 resumed.
Board Report: A brief overview of activities for October and November, read by Kerry Walsh, Board President, which covered:
- Overview BOINZ training coming up in the Canterbury region.
- Quick update from the national office.
- Update on the Hurunui earthquake:
- Thank you to all inspectors that have helped so far.
- Description of the damage and earthquake
General Business: No additional business was raised.
Next Branch Meeting: scheduled for Tuesday, 14th February 2017 at Waimakariri District Council.
