To set you up for success, you'll have:

  •  Proven experience in Building Control Processing
  • Adaptability to a constantly changing work environment
  • Sound judgement that demonstrates fair and just outcomes
  • Sound computer skills
  • A current driver's licence
  • A qualification recognised under the Building (Accreditation of Building
  • Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006
  • An established competency assessed under the National Competency
  • Assessment System
  • A thorough knowledge of the NZ Building Code and Building Act 2004
