Due to retirement we have a vacancy in our Building Control team. The main purpose of this role is to process and monitor Building Consents, undertake building inspections and provide information in line with statutory requirements.
Ideally you will have knowledge of Building legislation including the Building Act and Regulations as well as practical experience in the field of building, plumbing and drainage. At least 3 years' experience in a similar role is desired and computer literacy is essential.
