We are seeking applications from suitably qualified persons to join our Building Services team, a part of the Planning and Development Solutions Department of Council.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Building Inspection, the successful applicant will be responsible for inspecting building works on site. Experience/knowledge of the building, plumbing and drainage industries and NZ Building Code/Act are essential for this role. If you have effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to meet statutory deadlines, organise workloads and determine priorities we look forward to hearing from you.
