We are looking for a building manager to help shape development in our booming district!
Drawing on your expertise in building controls, you will be working throughout the region delivering service excellence to our community. An understanding of Local Government will be beneficial, experience managing a team and knowledge of the Building Act 2004 is essential. Great communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively with people to achieve the right outcomes are key to success in this role. You will need the ability to confidently interpret and implement legislative requirements for the processing of building consents and building inspections in general.
