We have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate people leader for our Building Compliance Team.

Reporting to the Building Unit Manager you will have the opportunity to lead and work alongside our tight knit team covering monitoring, compliance and enforcement activities for building related activities and ensuring inspections are undertaken for compliance, including for swimming pool fencing and building warrants of fitness (BWOF).

This operational team leader role is permanent, full time and based in our Thames Office.

About you

If you have a passion for coaching people and have skills in developing talent and creating high performing teams through growing and empowering individuals, then we want to hear from you.

You will need experience in compliance for building related matters, BWOFs and swimming pool fencing legislation. A qualification in building or building control will be an advantage.
