An opportunity has arisen within our Building and Environment Services Team for a Building Control Officer - Processing to join our team! The main purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality technical advice on all aspects of the building consent process to ensure alignment of the Building Act 2004.
We'll provide the support and professional development; you'll provide the skills. To be successful in this role you will be competent in residential processing and if you had commercial processing experience too that would be fantastic. You also must hold a Regulation 18 recognised qualification. We are an AlphaOne user for processing, inspections and certification and knowledge of this would be an advantage. Excellent customer service and communication skills are key requirements of the role.
