We are offering you the opportunity to manage the acquisition, leasing and disposal of assigned Council properties, and provide key insights into developing, improving and ensuring our property acquisition legislative requirements are met. You will also have a chance to assist our community, as you'll be coordinating land acquisitions for significant community projects, such as the Tasman Great Taste Trail. We are looking forward to seeing you put your ability to build strong relationships and engage with internal and external stakeholders into action.
You will bring to the role a relevant tertiary qualification and a robust knowledge of property services, including a strong understanding of relevant legislation, project management and land negotiations. On top of this, you will have proven leadership skills enabling you to motivate, mentor and manage your small productive team.
