As a high performing Building Consent Authority we are seeking applications from current or aspiring (working towards) Senior Building Inspectors to join our team supporting the Team Leader - Inspections.

You will be responsible for inspecting building work across all building categories. The successful applicant will also be required to mentor other team members, inspect more complex projects and make sound and robust technical decisions relating to all building activities.

As our ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 4 years building inspections experience, hold a relevant qualification and be an experienced Senior Building Inspector or alternatively, have experience working on more complex projects and seeking that next step in your career. You will be well organised and decisive, an exceptional communicator and driven to pursue quality outcomes.

Expressions of interest will be considered by applicants who have started or have a desire to work in the building inspection field as a pathway to becoming a Senior Building Inspector.
