Whanganui District Council is currently seeking applications for the role of LIM's Coordinator as part of the Building Control Team. This is a part-time role consisting of 25 hours per week.
The position is responsible for accepting, compiling, processing and issuing of Land Information Memorandum's (LIM). A LIM is a report issued by Council which provides a summary of all the information that is held by Council in relation to a property.
Working in a close team environment this diverse role combines a variety of technical, project management and administrative tasks, to provide a key service within our community.
