As a Building Technical Officer, you'll primarily be responsible for checking and processing electronic building consent applications and responding to related enquiries from our customers. You'll come to us with a sound working knowledge of relevant building statutes, regulations and standards, strong communication skills and an agile approach to work…or maybe you are already working in the wider industry and keen to grow further?

While applicants with experience are preferred, if you are from a trade background and/or are technically minded, keen to learn and would like to start on a new career path, then we would also love to hear from you. We will provide full training and support to get you up to speed and become fully competent in the role.

If you are coming to us with significant experience and relevant competencies behind you, we would be open to considering a remote and/or flexible working arrangement for the right applicant.
