OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for a Senior Certification Officer to join our Building Unit. This is a key role and link between Council, owners, designers and building practitioners. On a day to day basis you will be issuing Code of Compliance Certificates and Certificate of Acceptance. You will be assessing building consents and inspection information for the issuing of Compliance Schedules. You will enjoy working with your colleagues, as your experience will be used to provide technical leadership and direction to other Certification Officers.
