We are looking for someone to be our Technical Manager for the Building Consent Authority (BCA) and to ensure we meet the statutory requirements for processing and monitoring Building Consents.

The successful applicant will need to have a systematic approach and an ability to clearly convey information with the ability to relate to people at all levels.

A relevant tertiary qualification is essential along with substantial experience in a similar role. You will also need to be up to speed with relevant legislation such as the Building Act and Resource Management Act.
