City Certifying Consultants Limited is a privately owned IANZ Accredited Organisation (AOB) operating from multiple office locations across New Zealand.  We provide additional processing capacity to our client BCAs and pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality processing service available within the scope of our accreditation.  We deal with applications at all complexity levels from RES1 to COM3 unrestricted, using multiple processing platforms to support the BCA processing function.

We are seeking additional skilled, likeminded, building control specialists, from Res 1 to Com 3 competency level, who have a Regulation 18 qualification, and are open to learning and growing a career supported by knowledgeable and experienced colleagues within a private organisation. 

We are focused on team players who want new experiences and challenges within a supportive and professional structure.

The successful applicants will likely be from a BCA processing background, with a good understanding of the Building Act, the Building Code and associated Regulations and are willing to extend their skill set and knowledge.

A high level of written and verbal communication skills is required, a keen eye for detail and a desire to do the very best for the clients focused on quality processing.  

Successful applicants  can work from any of our 5 locations ( Auckland, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch or Timaru) or work remotely in a full time/ part time capacity.
