You will work amongst a team of six building officer’s each at various stages of their development. We are looking to employ a full time Building Advisory Officer. As a multi-disciplined and qualified member of our team you will undertake consent applications processing, inspection of consented works, and certifying same, as well as assisting in the development of the other team members.
We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable building solid relationships and dealing with challenging situations, being hands on and knows their way around a building site. If you’ve got proven building control knowledge, a BCITO Trade certificate and/or Advanced Trade certificate or have completed an apprenticeship in Carpentry then you’re in the right place.
